Philosophy
Here’s what makes us different:
We are totally committed to bottom-line business results. We truly care about whether the tools we help you create actually generate leads, sales calls, cost savings or actual revenue. In fact, it’s our number one goal when we design and build something. We WANT to be held accountable, and we stake our reputation on it.
Here’s a real life example:
We’ve written a white paper that introduces a model we’ve developed that allows you to predict the financial impact of any E-Learning course BEFORE you develop it. The paper concludes with an example of how this model uncovered a 2,200% ROI opportunity for one of our clients. Use the link below to download a FREE .pdf of the white paper:
“Are You Getting The Most Bang For Your Online Training Buck?”
And then give us a call.
Process
We have a simple, flexible “5-D” approach that we use for any project. It's a hybrid of the Instructional Design model, and helps keep all of us on track and on budget, resulting in targeted, focused solutions:
Define
Uncovering and defining a potential need, and whether that need is a match for our capabilities.
Discover
More in-depth conversations to conduct a thorough needs assessment, determine project goals, budget, how we'll measure the success of the project, etc.
Design
The marriage of business goals and user goals to create a design that has impact and will drive results.
Develop
Using the latest technologies and tools to deliver intelligent, on-target E-Learning courses.
Deliver
We work with you to find the best delivery platform for courses. We can recommend a number of Learning Management Systems (LMS) for your digital university.
