Intelligent solutions to building a better-educated workforce

Having worked with The Gartner Group and other technology research firms in previous careers, we saw a gap in the marketplace for intelligent, web-based solutions to training challenges. Digital Latitudes was founded in 2001 to provide answers to those E-Learning challenges.

Leadership

Digital Latitudes has been in business since 2001 and has provided custom E-Learning course development for Fortune 1000 companies such as ARAMARK, CIGNA, Johns Manville and Pep Boys, to name a few.

In 2008 Digital Latitudes began offering customization of a 75-course library for clients, with their own logo, look-and-feel and color palette.

Digital Latitudes also just launched its own soft-skills business library, offering powerful and imaginative courses on topics like Capitalizing On Change and Difficult Interactions to employees and businesses through affiliate marketers and directly through this web site. [Learn more...]

Philosophy

Here’s what makes us different:

We are totally committed to bottom-line business results. We truly care about whether the tools we help you create actually generate leads, sales calls, cost savings or actual revenue. In fact, it’s our number one goal when we design and build something. We WANT to be held accountable, and we stake our reputation on it.

Here’s a real life example:

We’ve written a white paper that introduces a model we’ve developed that allows you to predict the financial impact of any E-Learning course BEFORE you develop it. The paper concludes with an example of how this model uncovered a 2,200% ROI opportunity for one of our clients. Use the link below to download a FREE .pdf of the white paper:

Process

We use the Action Mapping tool from Cathy Moore to create courses. This blueprint helps us quickly identify the best solution for you and the role elearning will play in it.

For example, we might decide to use a combination of job aids, online instruction, and mentoring. As a result, your elearning materials could be shorter and more focused than you expect. You’ll not only save development time, you’ll probably get better results.

Watch the presentation below for a more thorough explanation of Action Mapping:
